Hi Delwyn, I haven't been on the site for some time. I don't take Femara myself, but do take Arimidex which seems to have the same side effects, By coincidence, I had my annual appointment with the surgeon's off-sider today and because I've been taking Arimidex for over 9 years she is going to see about me stopping it soon. Only trouble is I have heard of others who've stopped the medication only for the cancer to come back again - though prior to 10 years of course. That's a bit scary really. They say it should this medication should be taken for 10 yrs, so once I do stop, hopefully, I will notice a big improvement in my overall wellbeing. I hope the Tamoxifen will not give you too many side effects. Good luck there.
