Horseygran, can the Dr give you something for the pain or some bone medication? I have much the same with Arimidex. I take Actonel Combi D - but heard on TV the other night calcium (1000mg in each Actonel sachet) can cause heart attacks! I'll certainly be mentioning this to my surgeon when I next visit. I can understand how you want quality of life and you sound like you enjoy your horse sport. I wish you all the best.
