Horseygran

Yes, on Femara following a partial mastectomy. I was a lucky one with the cancer not migrating to the lymph nodes. But, from my name you will see I am a horsey person, breeder and trainer of American Saddlebred horses and the Femara is slowing me down. Always slim and fit I am now experiencing continual hot flushes/freezing cold and spend my life ripping off my clothes and putting them on again and putting on weight. Aches that I never had. Spreading my legs on a Saddlebred is not as easy and I am experiencing a drop in my libido, dry vagina and using replens - all very costly and downright ugh! But I am alive and seeing my grandgirls and grandboy grow so guess I am so very lucky. I'm a very young 63. Might toss the Femara though - big question - do I live to the full now and die or live a half life and live? Guess I have no choice but to follow the guidance of my trusty oncologist Dr Dalley at St Vincent's Hospital, Darlinghurst, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
