hi Judi Ann, I have been on Femara for about 22 months now and yes my sweats have settled in the last couple of months. I was on Tamoxifen for a year prior to that. My sweats really began just after my last chemo in March 2009. They were every 2 hours day and night. Hence I wasn't sleeping well, being woken all the time. Now I can go to bed and usually get 4 hours sleep without waking but from then on I seem to only doze and wake about every hour. During the daytime I may only have a couple of hot flushes. I also had the severe joint pain with Femara but that too has settled now to a tolerable level. Hope this helps and you may get some relief soon. Take Care, Jill xxx
