I hear what you are saying. Once through all the treatment - YOU ARE ALL FIXED NOW!!!! If only - but this is how the ordinary person sees it. We can't be too hard on them - they don't know. Al, keep a watchful eye on yourself. I have read so many instances where it is clinically necessary for BC survivors to have to take anti-depressants. I have avoided them so far but some days I just wonder WHEN. I try to keep my life so busy that I am exhausted at the end of the day. However, I still have trouble with sleeping - lots of aches and pains still. I just keep on saying that "I"m a little bit broken" I find solace with other BC survivors and do this through regular contact at Support groups etc. I like that we are "on the same wavelink". I have lots of friends outside of BC too and this is good as well - but only when I am feeling 100% - everyone is just too busy to want to know of sickness so I only catch up when I am really well. I hope that you find your "little piece of peace" soon and enjoy it as often as you wish. XLeonie (Mine is visiting my little grand-children in Brisbane as much as I can)
