Yes I agree you have been dealt some tough ones. I have learnt that challenges will come along all the time and the important thing is how YOU deal with them and how long it takes for you to "pick yourself up and change direction" I have had many of these in my life but I won't allow myself to be beaten. I am feeling the best I have felt for the past 2 years.(second bc diagnosis Dec 2010) It saddens me that others are going through such hard times BUT I do know that there is a happy ending. We do have to complete our own "story". What I have found is: challenges come along and you do have to deal with them one at a time ie surgery, treatment etc etc. And then the recovery (now that is the hardest for someone who "wants it now") is a slow process. I always set myself goals and "hung" them in my mind until it was their turn to come forward. Today I reached one of those "hanging carrots" - I went back to Personal Training after 2 years - and I did it well. Just keep chipping away and you will conquer!!! Best wishes XLeonie
