I keep a record of when and what I take and not down how I'm feeling at the time. Before I see the oncologist for the next treatment, I put together a brief chemo diary of how I've travelled during the 3 weeks (eg. Can trace extent of nausea by how often I've taken the meds). I also include a dot point list of any side effects/health issues that I've noticed. I just hand it to him at the beginning and we start the conversation from there.
