Feeling better

Hi everyone, just thought I let you know that I am doing much better.  My mind and moods seems to be much more manageable.  Still having lots of hot flushes. The vitamin E midly help.  I took the Efexor and I had a really bad headache and stomach cramps I could hardly move out of bed after the second day.  So I stop taking it.  Will try again in a couple of weeks again, just to make sure it was the medicine and not a virus.  If it is the medicine I will ask to try a different brand.

I think I am also getting use to the changes in my body or maybe really lack of hormones and menopause.  May be my poor body just needs time to adjust to a new sleeping pattern with the hot flushes. Well hopefully!

Tomorrow I have the tissue expanders remove and my silicon implants inserted. I will be in hospital for about 3 days.  Yeah one more operation to go after this one. Just to make nipples next.

    Thinking of you Darl,

    I hope it all goes well with you and your second last op. Hot Flushes have been keepin me up most nights too. I'm hot and then Im cold. Drives me mad.I guess our bodies will settle down in a few months.
