FEC100 & D

FEC100 : Day 4.

This is the first day I have been hit with any side effects. Maybe it's the heat... I don't know. I have very sore and aching ankles and shins. I did manage a walk with daughter and the hounds, but it was slooooow. We cut our usual 5km walk to a 3km walk. And the hounds didn't mind. Siberian Huskies aren't really built for hot and humid days.

 

Visited neice for her 2nd birthday this morning, but both neice and daughter were cranky, so we came home. Think it might be a good time to put the television on and lay back on the couch for awhile. Maybe get a little bit of rest in before it's time to collect the sons.
