Friday afternoon I started feeling a bit hot....(day 10 after 2nd chemo) so after cooking dinner for the family decided to take my temp - 38.6°
So off to hospital for blood tests etc and had a 3 ni...

Yep I remember those spiking temperatures. I'm glad you are back on track now and home with your family. It's scary when you become so unwell during chemo and you end up in hospital. Like Deanne, my Onc prescribed Neulasta injections (which boost your body's white blood cell production) for me to use the day after each chemo session and they worked a treat. Your Onc may do the same :)
