Hi and thank you all for your comments. I find it really great that you are so supportive and honest which helps me realise when I read later that my emotional response gets in the way of common sense sometimes!!
Unfortunately the bone marrow biopsy hasn't really shed any light, except that it's not really doing what it's supposed to!! So we're going on a little experiment - today I have had an injection of neupogen to stimulate the growth of the neutrophils, blood test after 24hours to see if worked and then another Thursday morning to see if maintained. If not then I'll be getting a reduced dosage and perhaps even a changed cocktail. Regardless I will be starting chemo Thursday as we need to get 1st one in the 6 week from surgery timeframe. One positive is that there's no doubt about whether I'll have some form of this each cycle!!! Fortunately not much of reaction and was able to drive home okay so now making most of a free few hours!!
