False aneurism gone - Another hurdle passed

Surgery went well on Monday night. Absolutely lovely Surgeon and staff at Westmead Private. Procedure done through the groin so a bit sore there today. Not sure which is more annoying. Tight boobs or sore groin! Got to make you laugh! Now for more recovery time and hopefully no more hurdles. 5 weeks today since bi lateral mastectomy and reconstruction. At least the cancer areas are gone! Would love the tight chest to settle but all in good time! Good luck everyone where ever you are on your journey.

    Susan....great to have breasts again isn't it??? Just looooove mine. Be kind to your new body.

    Another good news story Susan!  Keep on smiling just like you are in your profile pic.  Your starting to see that light shining brighter and brighter at the end of the tunnel, just like me!

    Hi Sue, I'm so glad that you have come through surgery well and the false aneurism has gone. And fantastic news that the cancer has gone as well. You must be so relieved and now you can get on with the business of getting well. Laughing is good medicine isn't it as long as it doesn't hurt too much :) Take care Love Janey xxx
