Exercise enhances therapeutics effects of chemotherapy and decreases side effects

My oncologist prescibed 4mg of Dex rather than 8. She warned me that I'd see references to the 8 dose and not to worry. She said she had found the 4 it to be just as effective. I had some low to medium level nausea on this dose but Pramin knocked it on the head easily enough.
