It's not strange you feel "excited", I felt excited every night before Chemo dose, just like a little kid was exciting - a day out to Movie world tomorrow lol. Quite true, don't know where the feeling come from.
You are so good and brave your mum with you to walk together.
Life still goes on in whatever way of our formation.
