I will ask my GP to give a form to get my bone density tested first, which was worth $100, so I put it aside before I got Cancer, and then that took priority (and spare cash). I will buy some small hand weights for my arms, and use two size cans to begin with. I would love to go to a gym, but cant afford that. I take the Calcium, and mindful its a guess until I get that test any way.
