My three kids and I went to the FOW 2014 too! It was so exciting wasn't it?
Such a wonderful and truly inspiring night for all! I wish everyone who wanted to be there but couldn't be due to treatment or finances, are able to go at least once in their lives in the future. On the day before the event the website showed that about 12500 tickets had been sold at that time, maybe more, but I am sure there were many more there than that on the night. I would not have missed this for anything in the world. The logistics of this event were wonderful to witness. I can only imagine the stress something like this would cause the organisers. but I am sure they can be proud of themselves plus the volunteers for there amazing efforts!!! My kids and I were standing on the lower left hand side of the pink lady's skirt hem. Where were you?
Well done girls for sharing this experience with me and thank you for your support of such a great cause.
