I am sure this will help others.  I too was on Tamoxifen and had similar side effects but would not use the oestrogen cream as prescribed by the gyne as I thought it might be dangerous to my oestrogen fuelled cancer.  Fortunately all settled down over time.  I might have been a lucky one.  XLeonie
