Elevated ALP levels
Saw my GP today, my ALP (liver) level is 204. Two months ago it was 161. Normal levels is under 115. Can’t help it but I’ve been on Dr Google. I see the oncologist Monday week. Would you say...
Hi Chev, my ALP liver enzyme went up abit when I was on Tamoxifen- although not as much as yours.My GP sent me for an abdo/liver ultrasound and it turns out I have a fatty liver.After stopping Tamoxifen,the enzyme went down.Your level is pretty high so I’d be asking for an abdominal ultrasound.Don’t panic as it could be from the drugs or chemo- your poor liver has to filter all that crap.But get it checked out.
