Elbow pain with lymphoedema sleeve
Does anyone else have pain in the elbow in the evening after wearing a compression sleeve all day? Any suggestions for what to do? It is really unpleasant using my iPad. it is my right elbow and I am ...
My physio said just wear it as much as you can and if its hurting, take it off for a few hours for a break and then put it back on. Mine touch wood doesn't currently need the sleeve. Shhhh don't jinx it. <3
