Hi @pammiesyd. I think you posted something similar once before. Is your elbow red or irritated when you take your sleeve off? Have you tried using a stylus?
My sleeves are custom made. My most recent has been one with a special bit around the elbow that is a little softer, but to be honest, I'm not convinced it was worth the extra cost, at roughly $100 more than my previous sleeves.
I hope you work something out, but if it's that uncomfortable, you try and see your therapist sooner. I see mine every 6-8 weeks, and in the alternate 6-8 weeks I see a lymphatic massage therapist who works with her. Because of issues with both my wrists, I don't do any self massage, so it's an important part of my maintenance , but costly.
