Hi Susan,
I haven't been through this yet but all I can say is try and get some help from your oncologist. There is nothing worse than feeling out of control. BC will do that!! I've had the odd hot flush but I've sure this is the calm before the storm.
Some great advice here too from these lovely ladies.
Hang in there! Thinking of you and I'm sure you will have things sorted in no time.
