Just when you think you have it "all under control" things start to crack. You are not alone. Not sure how I overcome it but I know I was "there". Tough b..... some would say but underneath I am just as soft and vunerable as everyone. I really think I have "survived" the dreaded mood swings and lack of sleep because of meditation. I was lucky enough to participate in the Cancer Council's Mindfulness course. I learnt so much from this course and was totally dedicated to the task of "staying with it". This meant religiously meditating each day. Also as Maria says rest plays a huge part - this is resting of the mind mostly. Stillness in mind and body is very healing. Have you sat still today and "dropped" all thoughts of "doing" and just "listened" to what your body is doing?? Sounds hard but it becomes so easy and so worthwhile. I hope you can have this same opportunity that I was able to complete and be able to achieve invaluable learning. Something to think about and check out. XLeonie
