To be honest, I always thought that Tamoxifen was more suited to Pre Menopausal women like yourself, where the menopause was chemo induced, so was surprised when you were put onto Letrozole! Don't be afraid of giving it a go! SO many women I've spoken to have had a better reaction with Tamoxifen (or at least put up with it better!)
