Another suggestion to add to the experiment - have you tried wearing socks to bed? Cold weather forcing inactivity doesn’t help - am grateful my exercise class does ankle exercises - amongst other things helped me recover rather than fall because of local potholes whilst walking.
From what I hear here Curcumin is good for nerve pain.I know Magnesium is good for cramping as one son is a gym junkie fond of protein supplements which he overdid ( teenage boy in a hurry) causing serious muscle cramps needing large dose magnesium to correct the imbalance he caused.
I have taken Krill since 1/8/17 when I started Letrozole no idea if it works but managing ok side effects including joint issues but think the exercise classes and walking are the major contributors plus staying warm when damp and cold.My hot flushes were ( touch wood) a brief annoying pisode.
