Drainage bag question
I hope someone can help out my mind at ease. This morning my drainage bag was flowing freely. This afternoon I noticed it seemed to have stopped, so I had a closer look and it was blocked with tissue/...

If you are still worried keep at the medicos. The bags can drain for a while then nothing much happens so don't panic. Perhaps a call to your breast care nurse may put your mind at rest or she may have an emergency contact number to call.
I had to have 2 additional surgeries after my mastectomy as the drainage bag kept faulting - in the end the nurses asked the surgeon to change the bag to "the old-fashioned sort" and all was OK.
