Double mestectomy

Good morning, 

I'm interested to hear your reasons and experiences in deciding to have a full mestectomy. I had my left breast removed over 2 yrs ago and have experienced nerve pain on the chest wall and  down the left arm ( Axillory clearance) I can't  wait to remove my bra at the end of the day. I'm leaning more to having the other breast removed for comfort levels and to reduce the axiety at momogram time. My mindset is why have reconstruction ( Not able to have an implant as I've had radiotheraphy) so the option is removing skin from my shoulder and making a breast. I have heard this can cause more pain..

    Hi had a right breast mastectomy and auxilliary clearance back in November last year and am undergoing chemo at the moment and then will have radiotherapy.

    I am due to see my surgeon on the 13th of April or a follow up appointment and intend to discuss having my right breast removed next year.  I just don't want it there any moe to worry about.  I am not interested in reconstruction either as don't want any more discomfort.
