I had my operation 1 week today it has gone sooooooo fast but tommorrow I find out the Path results and i really do not know if i want to know!!!!.
I don't know about anyone else but since I found out I had breast cancer i have not slept, i'm soooooo tired.
I also would like to join in a Yoga group but can't seem to find anywhere or groups for cancer people.

Hi Jody.. I know getting your path results is a big thing...just take someone with you. There's a good chance that it will be great news! To be honest, it wasn't until I had finished treatment (late last year) that I got a copy of my results. I knew the basics but didn't want to deal with the details... but you need to have some idea of what you are dealing with so you can understand your treatment plan.
Good luck, I'll be thinking of you today. Ask the doctor for something to help you sleep... go for a short walk to clear you head and look after yourself. Hopefully someone on this site can help you with your quest for Yoga...alternatively ask your breast cancer nurse...
take care and put yourself first for the next few months...
