done and dusted
Well thats it , i am all done and dusted so to speak except for the side effects from the medication (Yuk) taken to keep those dreaded hormones away. I have finished radiation now thank goodness and...
My orthopaedic surgeon was a top ankle specialist in Sydney! However, when you break your ankle you don't have time to shop around.I just went where I was recommended.I got to shop around for the second guy though.Needless to say,I have legal proceedings going on for the first guy.I don't expect to get much but want to send him a clear message. I'm so glad your knees are ok Jo.You were brave getting them both done at once but I can see your logic.Get the pain and inconvenience over in one hit. That's one of the reasons I'm not having a reconstruction.Should I get bc in the other breast then I'll do it all at once.I need a break from surgery.
What sort of work do you do Jo?Can you work part time?I'm loving not working at the moment.I have been able to fully concentrate on this new house.I have the landscaper coming today to do the backyard paving. I have high hopes of sitting in my new spa sipping champaigne before Xmas. It's been almost 3 months of non stop tradies coming and going here.
I liked your joke Kathy -quite true in some cases.Especially true for my ankle specialist. He was so pompous and insisting I wasn't doing my exercises and didn't have a positive attitude. After 5mths he relented and sent me for an xray. His first reaction was"o how did that screw get in there, that's not right.we'll have to get it out straight away".There was no sorry and he even charged me above scheduled fees for the op.I refused to pay the extra- that was my first message to him.By now he should have my lawyer's message!! Take care you lovelies and have a good Christmas.
love Tonya xx
