I second the sea therapy. I am by the sea at the moment and it has done wonders for me. In this weird time between chemo and the bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction, it has been a fillip for my soul. I went down to the beach yesterday evening, meditated and watched the sun go down. I'll think of you when I do the same tonight Patsy. K xox
