I wish I could give you a magic cure .... but Sadly, I've had Tinnitus for decades and my AIs sure haven't got rid of it either! :(
It always appears to be worse at night (when it is deadly quiet) .... I have a canary in each ear, singing different notes! :(
I DO wear earplugs at night & is somehow reduces it a bit - so I get a good sleep now & then.
Back in the 80s they experimented with me, saying that my 'bite' was wrong, causing Tinnitus ... and ground down my rear molars ...... which did NOTHING to remedy the Tinnitus :(
