Of course. I hadn't considered the fact that the DIEP procedure could only be done the once. I definitely don't want to have implants. I would rather have naturally tissue of my own used. Oh well, I guess I'll have to do a lot more thinking. I still have plenty of time to decide though, I think the op wouldn't be until the end of August or early September. I haven't even seen the plastic surgeon yet! Perhaps I should just calm down a bit now and concentrate on the last round of chemo. Oh I'll be so relieved when that's finished although I'll still have to visit the hospital every three weeks for another nine months of Herceptin. Well we do what we have to do don't we.
