Disbelief
It's been 11 days since diagnosis and day 3 post lumpectomy.
I still have an element of disbelief!
Despite the wound on my breast and the incision under my arm. Despite the blue stain an the bruising....

I intend to use this experience to help others after all this.
Support, advocacy, spokesperson etc.
The department I work for manages breast screen for NSW. Let's see what I can do to push for screening for younger women.
