DIEP Surgery Done

Thanks for your input everyone.I have been assured that either Megan Hassall or David Pennington will do a great job, but after processing all the info I think I may go with DP. DP said I don't have enough fat to make two breasts. I was excited to be told I was too skinny, but it means he will only use my fat for the L (which has had radio) and then need to use an implant for the Right. I was going along with the autologous reconstruction to avoid having implants, but it looks like if I want to preserve my stomach muscle (which I think I will need for long term function) then I am going to have to have a silicone implant on the R. DP thinks it would match well cos it will sit high and tight, which is what the skin will be doing on the L cos its had radio. Phew, lots to explain. MH couldn't assure me of size or appearance. with DP I will have control over my final size cos we will have to match the implant. I am (well, was!) a 12DD and want to be a 12C after reconstruction. I don't see the point of going through all this only to be the same size in the future. 

Hope this makes sense, now to work out timing.
