Hi Sallie,
There's a group on this network called "Breast Reconstruction". It has posts from women who who been through reconstruction and they have posted picture diaries. They are amazing and give me a lot more confidence in my DIEP op that's due 10th Sept at St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne. My PS did say to me that the planned DIEP may turn into a TRAM if my blood supply wasn't adequate for the DIEP and this was to be determined on the day. I will be posting to the group my progress as well.
