Hi Ann,
Welcome to this site. I also can't offer any suggestions as I haven't had radiation, but there are many ladies who have had the DIEP or TRAM because of radiation.
Mich suggested joining the Breast Reconstruction group that is on this site. There may well be someone who has similar issues to you.
