DIEP - What do I Need for Hospital?
Hi Ladies, Single mastectomy and DIEP recon happening for me on 29th of this month. I have had some advice from various people about what to take to hospital. Here is my list so far. What else do you...
It depends on the hospital you're going into. I took my teabags as advised but the ones the hospital provided were fine. I took Coloxyl but the hospital provided it, and Movicol. They are obsessed with one's motions!
I had my DIEP 13 days ago & started the same thread in the Choosing Breast Reconstruction group, 'Shopping Advice For The Operation". Got some great advice. Head on over and have a look if you'd l like to.
Someone suggested an aromatherapy infuser. I took one in and it was lovely. The nurses like it too.
An extendable back scratcher - brilliant.
But best of all was the sheepskin. Absolutely invaluable! I can send you a link if you're interested. K xox
