@JJ70. Maybe hold off on the fish oil as they didn’t like it during my previous surgeries cause it can increase bleeding - it was a question in the admission form. A pillow for under your arm can be good but you should bet one from a breastcare nurse. Good luck with your surgery. Xoxoxx
