Best of luck Shannon. It is a horrible feeling to be out of control - I know, I've unfortunately been there twice (and I'm only 43!). As the others have already said, pop in anytime for a chat as there are plenty of people on here who have been through or are going through what you are going through....we can understand.
I have felt so welcomed on this site and the information that people have given has helped me no end.
