although i would rather NOT be welcoming you into the group, you have landed in the right spot to meet the most brilliant lot of women who are going through or have been through the same journey. There is a great amount of information and support from everyone who uses this site, and as i live in a rural area i never had a support group i could attend, although family and friends are great and want to help as much as possible, i felt talking with women (and men), who have been through the experience, then they know how i feel, although all our journeys are different we do have bc in common. When i was diagnosed my surgeon said to me, Moira this is a life threatning disease but its not a death sentence, I probably clung to that statement in the early days, although every other thought is fighting for room as well, Especially at night when you want to sleep, The waiting is the worse part. So I will stop rabbiting on, and hope that you all keep in touch, already you have all met others who are at the same stage in your journey. and by helping yourself you can help others no question or statement is taboo or stupid on here, so please feel free to chat, vent or laugh. Regards Moira
