Hi Sal, Welcome to our band of pals, you have landed in the right spot, to be able to meet others who have travelled the road, some like yourself who are just starting and thoughts and brains all over the place, to others who have been bc free for many years, so there is a great amount of knowledge and support on here, especially if you dont have a local support group. please feel free to ask any questions or express any fears you may have, and as time goes on, you will be helping others who follow on the same journey, all our journeys (as in life) is different but we do have this crap illness in common. so just remember no comments or questions are stupid on here no matter what you think. please feel free to add me to your contact list, Good luck and please keep in touch.
