Diagnosed today

Today I was diagnosed with Invasive ductal carcinoma grade 2.  Tomorrow I am meeting with a surgeon, Dr Peter Schwartz to discuss treatment.  This is a bolt from the blue and a result from a routine mamogram that my doctor suggest I have following a pap smear, based purely on my age. No family history and no lump, just a routine test.   I am 41 years old, married with two amazing daughters.  I am hoping tomorrow will shed some light as I have absolutely no idea of what I am in for as far as treatment, work, family, prognosis etc....pretty much everything!!   I would love to talk with other ladies in the same boat who might be able to share their stories.   THanks so much.
