Diagnosed today

Hello Lisa This is something we never want to hear, but unfortunately it happens so often. I had a double mastectomy in January this year and my surgeon was Dr Peter Schwartz - you wont get better, he is a remarkable man. My tumour was detected from a mamagram - like you no lump etc. I had a biopsy done twice then it had to be a Mastectomy and I have had no regrets. Still dealing with the lumps and bumps but I have been told that this can take up to 2 years to clear. If you require to have special bras and inserts I can highly recommend - lilybliss to you - you will find her services listed on this website and she is just wonderful - will come to your home fit you out and have you looking & feeling great. I hope your journey is as easy as mine - no chemo - no radiation - just a tablet every night, Arimidex - so it couldnt be easier - if there is anything I could assist you with please let me know, as for some this can be a very difficult journey.
