Hi all, So tomorrow is my first Taxol (dose dense) and my oncologist (Prof Chan in Perth) has put me on 10 x 4mg of dexamethasone - 5 12 hours before treatment and another 5 6 hours before treatment....

I just had to have 1 tablet with breakfast before treatment. She might lower the dose once she sees your reaction . I was totally knoccked out with the phernegan on my first chemo so they swithed to Clarantyne the next week with no probs.
