I was taking 1, 4mg a day. I was prescribed 3 tabs a day but 1 was enough. I get an IV dose with my current chemo and for the first 24 hours I dont sleep a wink and for a couple of days I am a bit more hungry than usual but other than that im fine. The tabs were daily so the side effects were cumulative
