Deli meat and cheese
Hey guy, 2nd last doxetaxol chemo is a bitch yo say the least. Taste buds worse than round one.. So can you eat deli meat or meat from packets or soft cheeses? Im clutching at straws. Nothing is app...
When my husband was going thru his chemo, our dietician said he could eat whatever he liked & advised me to 'value add' as well - like full cream milk, normal cheese (not lite) etc
When he was at his worst - he suddenly took a liking to KFC Chicken Wraps & their lovely Berry Smoothie (not sure if they do the smoothie now!) SO ..... every lunch time - off we'd to go KFC! He also took a liking to our local bakery (Steak & Kidney Pies) so I'd buy up 6 at a time for him!
Just Eat whatever you THINK you might fancy - even if you DON'T fancy it! and maybe even try something new with exotic flavours (like Thai Food perhaps - which is really colourful and not as spicy as Chinese?)
