Deli meat and cheese
Hey guy, 2nd last doxetaxol chemo is a bitch yo say the least. Taste buds worse than round one.. So can you eat deli meat or meat from packets or soft cheeses? Im clutching at straws. Nothing is app...
Hi there @Trikki2 I had my taste affected but I had AC and paclitaxol. I made beef chow mein the whole way through treatment it was the only thing I really liked to eat. It was the salty bitterness of the soy and oyster sauce I enjoyed. I would throw a heap of Veges in it and freeze a heap. Ilaso was keen on the mt franklin sparkling flavoured water the lemon flavoured one as I couldn’t stand normal water. I was told to eat fat and carbs too as I was lost 10kg on chemo (one of the perks lol) packed it back on again now though unfortunately. Give the above a try might work for you. Margie. X
