The young starlet ones are totally different because they HAVE breast tissue and it is I think usually placed under this where becasue we have no breast tissue they place ours under the muscle which makes it look much much much more natural.
I am not sure if mine is round or teardrop but I love mine - a nice perky boob of a good (small) size - I have NEVER been big in the breast region. I have great cleavage. I am having the same done on the other side this year or next - go on the waiting list in September (public patient) for prophylactic skin and nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate implant reconstruction.
The bonus of implants i was told is that if I don'tlike them I can still go the Deip/TRAM etc option later.
