Hey @JanineG thank you! Well I only got the ball last week, but when I sit I roll it back and fourth under each foot about 10 times. I also use it for my upper back as the muscles are so bad and it really helps when I lean into it and roll it a little. Just makes sense to me, the damn muscles are so tight and sore all the time because chemo shrinks the sheath over all muscles. Ha!!! have to laugh! xo
