Debilitating joint pain

I now sleep with a cylindrical bolster under my knees of a night to stop my knee pain. Cannot believe the difference it makes and have even worked out a way of sleeping on my side with the knees still raised. Works a treat for me and I don't care if it's psychosomatic - I'll take it anyway ;)
