Dealing with the unexpected
Well sometimes things don't go as expected. What should be routine has a few extra twists and unknowns to deal with.
First my bone density was not as good as I would have liked when I had my test ...
I did feel like that C was flashing away on my forehead!! Trying not to be anxious and yes I am achieving a few extras around the house but also distracting myself with things I enjoy too :)
